Thank you Karen Blaha for the use of your photo.
Remember, the mini-challenges are not a requirement to be eligible for the prize. All you need is a kick-off post linked up before the linky closes and a wrap-up post linked up (linky not posted yet for these) at the end before the deadline for the drawing.
Now, let’s get on with Mini-Challenge #6:
Today’s mini-challenge is designed to introduce yourself to a new author. So grab a book by an author you’ve never read, and settle in. Perhaps you’ll find a new favorite! Don’t forget to ignore ‘The, A, and An’ at the beginning of the book titles.
Again, this can be a book, eBook, children’s book (your kids would love that), fiction, or non-fiction.
You can also blog along the way if you’d like, but please add a link to the comments, so we can come read about your progress and what books you’re reading. We can always use new book suggestions! If you blog about a specific mini-challenge, add a link to the comments for that mini-challenge’s post. For example, if you choose to blog about today’s challenge, come back and link in the comments on this here post. Clear as a book cover?
I have really enjoyed reading your progress updates about the different reading challenges! I added my reading update to my blog the other day. It’s great to see my progress, but I need to really get cracking to reach all of my goals before the end of the challenge.
If you need a reminder about the overall reading challenge, read The “Summer’s Flying By” Reading Challenge post.
