By now, some of you have your goals written for 2016, but have you broken them down into goals for this month? If not, I’d encourage you to do that. It will help you focus on what you’d like to accomplish this month. And if you share them, it might help motivate you and give you a sense of accountability. I’m going to share mine, and then report back at the end of the month on my progress. From these goals, I’ll draw my weekly tasks along with normal things like cleaning and cooking and whatever else needs attention.
One Word:
Peace
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

We should not make tasks for monthly and weekly basis. We should only focus on work. If we make tasks we shift our attention to making task than doing it. We just do the task that will help us in completing it on time.
